With viewpoints and galleries that behind thick lattices observe what happens below. It looks like one of those cities of Italo Calvino, where several superimposed cities coexist, one on top of the other and where it seems that the citizens of one and the other live on different planes, without mixing. We wanted to reinterpret this high-rise labyrinth here, relying on some sculptures by Jorge Oteiza, where the full and the empty are intertwined, forming two possible sculptures, the full and the empty. Anyone is possible and beautiful. In this way we have tried to string together patios to form a solid body, the building, which is perforated by a patio that, by perforating the mass, ends up completely enveloping it. The patio, which is traditionally an interior space, is transformed into an indefinite space: an interior patio, a terrace with a lookout over the city or a catcher of light from the South. We think that this arrangement also favors the cross ventilation of the entire building by forming a body that is very permeable to the wind.","ImagePrefix":"ESINSA","ImageFolder":"ESINSA","Budget":0.0,"currency":null,"WorkType":"Office","Branch":"Architecture","Show":true,"Order":3,"Imagenes":null},{"Id":"a52c795d-2f2f-4363-9382-07a38251f99a","Name":"Albacete`s The connection of the pieces has been resolved through a smaller order of glass walkways that cross the patios so as not to distort the image of the six prisms. We understand that a public building must display a certain courtesy, and offer some quality to the street. We want to offer the street the friendly vision of these landscaped courtyards, the games of transparency between walkways, a fragmented set to prevent it from appearing excessively massive or bulky, and public access squares by widening the sidewalks.","ImagePrefix":"CSAlbacete10","ImageFolder":"CSAlbacete10","Budget":0.0,"currency":null,"WorkType":"Healthcare","Branch":"Architecture","Show":true,"Order":10,"Imagenes":null},{"Id":"532a85b3-7c6c-4e1b-97c5-e6dc5247a180","Name":"67 Public Dwellings In “La Maquinilla”","spanishName":"67 Viviendas Públicas en “LaMaquinilla”","Date":"2008-01-01T00:00:00","Client":"Instituto de la Vivienda de Madrid","Location":"Vicalvaro","Province":"Madrid","State":"Madrid","Country":"Spain","Description":"It was a public housing architecture competition that defined a large site on the outskirts of Madrid.\r\nThe idea to organize the buildings was to design east-west strips keeping as much free space as possible to create common gardens.\r\nThe narrow blocks allow to have all the houses with two facades, allowing cross ventilation and always having a large part of the house facing south.\r\nThis means that all homes will have a living room filled with direct sunlight and views of the city.\r\nHaving in turn a rear facade to ventilate during the summer season.","ImagePrefix":"ViviendasLaMaquinilla","ImageFolder":"ViviendasLaMaquinilla","Budget":0.0,"currency":null,"WorkType":"Housing","Branch":"Architecture","Show":true,"Order":4,"Imagenes":null},{"Id":"9fe9af07-75ca-4e53-ad40-f296db1bbefd","Name":"Get Cost Revit Plugin","spanishName":"Get Cost Revit Plugin","Date":"2011-01-01T00:00:00","Client":"AvatarBIM","Location":"Madrid","Province":"Madrid","State":"Madrid","Country":"Spain","Description":"Between 2011 and 2016, I created a Revit addin to produce full quantity take off from models and create complete budget based on individual cost units.\r\n\r\n1.
